New York, New York! Metropole, Milionenstadt, Weltstadt... Bei vielen werden Traeume wach wenn sie an New York denken.
Aber wer denkt bei dieser Stadt schon an Kitesurfen? Bisher wohl fast keiner, doch das wird sich ziemlich rasch aendern, denn Best Kiteboarding eroeffnete auf Long Island ein Best Kite Center und will nicht nur die New Yorker an den Strand locken. Auch mich werden sie Ende des Monats fuer eine Advanced Clinic vor Ort haben.

Kristin Boese Two-Day Advanced Riding Clinic at the Best Center New York, Amityville
Kristin Boese is a Best International Team Rider, a 3-time PKRA World Champion, 2007 Overall KPWT Champion, author of her own Kitesurfing book, an amazing advanced instructor, and one of the most professional, genuine riders you'll ever meet. In addition to Kristin, we will also have the pleasure of having the very charming Laurel Eastman from Cabarete here at the same time, helping out with the Kite Clinic as well!

Clinic Details:
· Open to: Proficient Riders, Men and Women alike; must be able to stay upwind and do small jumps and have the desire to learn more advanced tricks, from hooked in backrolls, to everything else (this is not a beginner's clinic!)
· Location: Starting at the Lesson center TBD depending on wind direction on the ocean or the bay.
· Gear: Bring your own! You'll also need a wetsuit and booties and don't forget your sunblock!
· Gear: Accommodations If you're not local, you can fly into JFK, rent a car, and stay at the beautiful, new Courtyard by Marriot in Farmingdale, about 10 minutes away (we can get you a rate of about $150 per night). Call us ... we'll get you hooked up.
· Bonuses: There will also be a professional photographer or two floating around to capture you at your finest, as well as a videographer, so if you've ever wanted to be in a Best video, now's your chance!
